  1. I think charity really has to do with focus because it's what we should be focused on doing. Also, having charity in our focuses gives our focuses worth.

  2. Charity I think also has a lot to do not only with how we treat others, but how we perceive them, because when you perceive others as real children of God who have divine potential, then you can treat them as such and that I think is the true essence of charity.
When we see others as 'in our way' we're not having love and Charity is the pure love of Christ.

  3. I LOVE this scripture!!! It's one of my favorites! I really think that without charity, it's not possible to return to Heavenly Father. Without charity, we have nothing. Charity is Christ's love, and if we're supposed to follow Christ, and become perfect, how can we do that without charity?

  4. I loved how the two word studies of focus and charity relate to each other. When I was studying focus I came to the conclusion that we should be focused on Christ and His purposes and His glory. Charity is the highest, strongest, purest, everlasting love; the pure love of Christ. Our Savior's mission was to show us that pure love, or charity, by suffering for us. We should be focused on showing others Christ's love because that is what He did for us. We can pray to Heavenly Father to develop this Christ-like love.
