Hey all!
In preparation for our day of Vanguard this week, I'd like you all to ponder something...
What does the number two mean to you? How is it symbolic of your life? What are some other symbols in the world around us that represent the same things two represents to you?
If you would all ponder this and post something that two is symbolic of to you and something in the world that relates to that in the comments, that would be awesome!
Thank you all! I can't wait till Wednesday! :D
Two, to me, is the number of 'partners' our eternal partner is Christ. He loves us and He is our only way back to live with our Father in Heaven. I cannot make it alone, only one. :) Another reason why it is important to me is my personality number is a two, so two kinda represents me as well. :D
ReplyDeleteI haven't even done the 2 things for Vanguard yet, but maybe we can do a before and after... see what I learned! :)
ReplyDeleteTwo is a couple. There are lots of different kinds of couples, but I think the one most referred to is maybe a husband and wife. So... thinking about it... 2 could be the number of love. Love between two people, and I hope I'm not stealing Megan's thoughts here (I'm sorry Megan, you just phrased it so perfectly! :D), and I think the relationship between Christ and I, or God and I. So, I guess summing it up in one word, I could say that 2 is the number of love. Maybe when I do my readings I'll have a bit more to say on the subject! And maybe some things more accurate! :D
And Megan, I really agree with your thoughts! :)
To me, two means a choice. Usually you will have "two" different options that you must choose from. The big thing is if we choose the right thing, weather it's the right thing at that time, or if it's right for you, or if it's just plain out right! :) We must always be on the lookout for and temptation that will come our way.
ReplyDelete2 means that Christ is the foundation and we are the building!
ReplyDeleteMy temple water bottle !
I will explain tomorrow!
Grace: Two is symbolic of something that is broken that Christ needs to fix.
ReplyDeleteEvery person on this earth. :D
Isaiah: There are two sides to everything. Everybody's got a dark side, but also a light side, so don't do your dark side.
A moon, cause there is a dark side.
Gracious: Heart.
